update to my previous post:
I've pulled out my copy and the song is called "Cookie Man". The SMC release was a 4 song EP that also featured Quasi Motown ("He can go uptown, he can go downtown, nobody breaks like Quasi Motown") and the everpopular title song Stop Making Cheese (making cheese... making cheese)
It was released on Amok Records in 1985.
