Song used as the theme for the show Madison, early 90s

Hi all,
I'm trying to track down a track -- here's what I know:
* It was getting airplay on CFNY when Alan Cross was the afternoon drive guy
* It was used as the theme music to the show Madison for the first two seasons
* It was an instrumental piece with a soundbite that says \"come and sit on my fax machine\" ...which I think truly identifies it as a 90s tune ;-)

Hope you can help me find this tune...

HA! No, not those dudes ;-)

The problem is that I'm trying to track down this tune for a friend who hasn't been able to give me a lot to go on -- instrumental except for the soundbite about the fax machine, a lot of CFNY airplay, the theme song for the first two seasons of \"Madison\". And \"Madison\" doesn't seem to have developed a crazed intarwebs fanbase the way other teen-drama shows have...it's just a little bit of Canadian TV flotsam, floating in space and my friend's brain...

Ah well, I'm not giving up yet. When I do find the answer, I'll let you know...
