Song from '83 that's been buzzing in my head...

Greetings, all.
I've just signed on to this site (CFNY changed my outlook on music forever when I first started tuning in back in the fall of '82) and I'd like to ask if anyone remembers, or has even heard of this song.
It's a synth pop song from 1983 and I'm very sure of the year (I actually remember hearing it on a show called 'In The Groove(s)' that aired Sunday afternoons featuring a DJ that had a Quebecois French accent).
Anyway the chorus went: "Have you heard...communication is a two-way word" and the word "COM-mu. Com-mu-ni-ca-TION" was whispered repeatedly on the song's outro.
Given the very sparse info I've just given, can anyone tell me who this is?
