David Pritchard, one of the founding forces behind the early early days of CFNY passed away last Sunday (February 27th) after along battle with cancer.

I just heard from David Marsden. and I am sooo sorry, . My condolances to the family, he was one of my favorites.

He will be missed.

Him, and Peel from the U.K. a month and a half ago is really starting to wear on me. All the real radio is gone. That is except a Mr. David Marsden.

weird sycronicity(?) about it as well - because my husband and I were just talking to David Marsden about David Pritchard and his album "Nocturnal Earthworm Stew" (done with Nash the Slash) at the Oshawa Record Show last Sunday (which turned out was the day he died).

I'm new to the Forum - that is sad news indeed. I had no idea.

To my surprise I spotted Nocturnal Earthworm Stew on CD, catalog PACE 044LN - never thought I'd see that one on disc. Plenty of photos of Mr. Prtichard in the finest threads the mid-1970s had to offer.
