This song was put on a tape by a new wave DJ friend of mine about 1984. I'm trying to reproduce the tape on CDR for some old friends. This is the last song I need to identify. Please help!

Admin note: I'm tired of moderating the continuous spam being posted here. Deleting 10-20 offensive, pornographic or otherwise unrelated comments every day is not what I am here for.
