This is by Blancmange and the song is called "I Can See It". It was also known as "Why Don't They Leave Things Alone". You should still be able to find this on cd. Cheers. Paul.

To Paul's note...if you can track down a copy of the "Best Of Blancmange" CD release by "Old Gold Records" (about 6-7 years ago) it happens it have BOTH versions of that song on the disc. A great collection, IMHO.
