This has been bugging me since I heard it in the 80's as a young boy. The artist is Male, sounds very much like Bryan Adams although I do not believe it is actually him... I can remember only a few lyrics:
"Can't look back baby don't look back" (around 2nd verse)
I can't see you (from the chorus)
Wonderful electric guitar music, and the sound of synthesized birds like sea-gulls in the background from time to time...
Almost sounds like "Everybody wants to rule the World" By Tears for Fears - If you use your imagination :-)
