I'm not sure what the title or artist is. It sounds kind of KISS-like. But maybe not. I'm positive on one of the lyrics.

"It's a crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy noise."

It was in the background of a VH1 show and it would be awesome if someone new the title or the artist.
