This is a tough one, especially with no clip. Sorry about that. The title of the song was called "International" and the artist was Tom ????, I think. I only heard this on CFNY, no where else. It was a cute little diddy right up there with Scott Merritt's "Transistor". Sorry for the lack of info, but I need to know the artist's name so I can find this darn song. Thanks, all.
