Brian, Do you know if Magazine 60 put out anything before 1987. The clip I posted was recorded by a DJ friend of mine here in Toronto at Stages(1981)?
From Brian, 12/13/2002 11:57:07 AM:

Not sure if this is going to help or not . . . but that sure sounds like Lisa Dalbello to me. It's firing off a few neurons and I don't know where her name floated up from LOL.
hope it helps

Todd, I think it's sounds like Dalbello also, however I went to her web site where she has all the words to her songs listed. None of the songs on her 1981 ablum or 1979 albun remotely resembly the words to the song that I posted. The clip was taken from a tape that a good DJ friend of mine made in 1981. Thanks for trying
Lorne
