Any ideas of what this tune is? Recorded from a mixtape between 1988-1990. Very indie sounding, but doesn't sound British or European. Probably North American, although it does have this Australian/New Zealand indie sound to it (perhaps the 80's Dunedin scene?) The mixtape included 50% songs from John Peel's broadcasts, and 50% different songs
