Not sure who this is at one point I thought it was good old Cabaret Voltaire or a side project. But I checked the ones I know and still cannot find this song.

confusing the matter is that synth intro... I've heard it (or almost carbon copies) used by several groups, especially in the 'New Beat' era (88-89)
