I believe the song was called Charlotte and it played on CFNY sometime in the late 80's. I remember listening to it on the Thursday Top 30 while I was in high school. I do not know the name of the band but the lyrics were like "... ah ah, I do understand...Charlotte". If anyone knows who the song and artist is, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
