This is guna be a tough one. All i know about the song is that the guy in it is singing about himself and YOU is used somewhere in it! thats all i know. its a late 80ish song i believe. cheesy kinda song, one that if u heard ud be straight up on the floor or singing along

How about "Make Out Club" by Unrest. It came out in 1993, but the singer sings "You were the first one" and "You are the first one" a lot. Worth a shot.
