Possibly this is "The Jezebel Spririt" by David Byrne and Brian Eno from My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts", a funky workout that has a segment of an actual exorcism sampled into the jam. You can hear a sample at cdnow if you do a search and look for the non-remastered release of this disc.
