that is King Apparatus, and the song is, as mentioned Made For TV, from their self titled album. Now if whoever stole my only irreplaceable copy would return it, I would be much happier. Also on that album, Hospital Waiting Room, Break Your Heart, Non-Stop Drinking, and Buy Our Stuff. I loved that album. now i weep
