sounds like a slowed down version of "Van Nuys Blvd." by Ron Wright and Ken Mansfield from the soundtrack to the 1979 movie... it's quite a rarity and has only been released on vinyl

Did you notice these strange frequency transitions? If I'm not at all wrong, the sample originates from a Daniele Baldelli cosmic disco tape ;) These guys were known to play 45s at 33 rpm...
