Human League Unlimited Orchestra from their Love and Dancing album.
Basically it was an album of instrumental remixes by Martin Rushent of some songs from Dare and Reproduction.
IIRC, your clip is of "Love Action/I Believe In Love".

Hey, I have just had the time to listen to the CD and you were wrong, but I found the right answer anyway now:
1. It's not "Love Action", it's "Do Or Die" 2. It's not from "Love And Dancing" but from the original "Dare" version of "Do Or Die"

1. Yeah that didn't sound right even as I was typing it but I was drawing a blank on another title. 2. I was pretty sure that the same passage was on the remix album, but I"ll have to pull it out and give it a spin to see.
