This song is from movie in 1980.I recorded it from Tv, thats why the quality is very band.But I should find this group Its Jazz Funk.I hope you know.

It sounds kind of like a Lalo Schifrin sort of sound track but it may just be incidental music that was put into a tv soundtrack.
not sure if this info is of much use but perhaps it will put you on the right track
