Song in the early 90's. A man is talking the entire song with suttle background music. He is talking about life in general I think. Looking for the title.

I don't know if this is it or not, but beat poet William S Burroughs did some work with Material (Bill Laswell, et al) on an album called 'Seven Souls' that I recall hearing back around 1990.
I heard it mostly on WDET-FM in Detroit (NPR station) but some college stations would have likely played it as well. I don't know if cfny would have given it any air time given the changes in the station at that time.

I dunno who the artist is, but its a graduation speech set to music and its called "You should always wear sunscreen"...
yuh, thanks. that song is SO bad, I blocked the majority of the accurate deets from every cranial nook/cranny. I cringe at that song's mention or airplay every time.
