I'm hoping someone here can help me. I'm looking for a song that used to be played mostly on Friday nights from the Phoenix circa 90-95. It sounds industrial/electronic and has the lyrics along the lines of "I got control, I need control" then the lead singer goes into a rant along the lines of "you wonder how you can forgive and forget". Sounds kinda like Bodycount... but I don't think it is.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Does the beginning of the song has some sort of a verbal introduction while the back ground music was just drum and bass?
Does the chorus sound like heavy guitar and "confusing" bass line and lead into "I need control I got control I need control I got control"?
