Title is probably "there won't be any prisoners", though this has never found a match in a lyric search. Played on CFNY in 1986 or 1987.

OK, talk about coincidence: I heard this song today, at 4:33 PM Toronto time, with a listing of 1987-04-04, Don Derns, 5:44 PM on the Winamp ticker.

I went and pulled the file that was playing at that time and gave it a listen. It's absolutely "Won't be any Prisoners" by the Payolas. Good luck finding it!!

Admin note: I'm tired of moderating the continuous spam being posted here. Deleting 10-20 offensive, pornographic or otherwise unrelated comments every day is not what I am here for.
