It's not "Motion & Heart" it's "VCL XI" from their second album.

Glenn, I have the album Oranistion and VCL XI is also on it and it does not match the sound clip but Motion and Heart which is the song listed right after on the album matches it exactly. Maybe the label was misprinted out of order.Thanks for the input.
