Sounds like OMD (Orchestral Manouvers in the dark)? Not sure of the song though, but sure sounds like them.

Hi Mutt and thank you. Yes it seems like OMD, but unfortunally no one lyric of that period sing like the song. Lyrics of OMD are very popular; not this song. Ciao

At the end of the 80ies this was a 'very hard to find' record. I remember, I found a copy in a second hand store in Geneva/Switzerland in 1989 during holiday.
