Not sure if anyone has the slightest idea here...but this is an Italian singer I've been trying to ID for many years. I'm sure he's famous...anyone know his name?

Admin note: I'm tired of moderating the continuous spam being posted here. Deleting 10-20 offensive, pornographic or otherwise unrelated comments every day is not what I am here for.
