It's Cottage Industry from their "The Winter's Tale" ep on IKON-Politicon Rcords from 1986 (I think).
I think the track is called "The Point On A Hill"

It used to get lots of University radio airplay too in London and Waterloo as well. I converted them over from my vinyl to mp3 sometime ago to play on my iPod.

I tried searching for Cottage Industry on the internet but its like the group dosn't exist lol. I find it odd that it shows unknown to Discogs!
