I am 99% sure that this is from the soundtrack to the film "Get Crazy". The backing band to Lee Vings "Piggy" character plays this before he comes in. The song is "I'm Not Gonna Take It" by Lori Eastside And Nada. Not on CD that I know of.

O.K., I went home and watched Get Crazy. I am 100% right. The song IS on the soundtrack only on vinyl. I always find it at record shows so it's not that rare.
