I dont have the songs. The song titles I'm seeking I can only give the refrains and I think they are pre-1980. First: "Rubber gunshell". Second: "Anastasia - please come home" (with sort of a church like gospel hymn quality to this song). Third: "Emma - you've got a smilin' face" (this one kind of "Cars" like). Any idea who did 'em? I'd like to find and download these 3. I listened first to cfny when I was 13 or so. Around '77 (??). I used to leave my radio on low all night and wake up to the Eclectic Spririt fading in and out in the middle of the night (dream like man!). I've been thinking about your songs today and so far I've come up with some ideas for 1 and 3 but no luck on Anastasia.
I'm thinking that the first one is actually Rubber Gun Show/Top Ten Sexes by Lewis Furey (google 'rubber gun show' to find the lyrics... the song might even be posted here on the spirit site).
The 3rd song could be "Enjoy It" by Brian Protheroe, but the line is "I met a man.... with a smilin' face... he said "Dear Boy I'll get you in any place....." If this song isn't posted here yet in the forum, I can upload it for you.
and how cool an adolescent to be diggin 'ny at that age ?

Song #3 might be "Airport" by The Motors; replace "Emma" with "Airport":
"Airport - you've got a smiling face ..."
