That sound like Dead or Alive. Is there anything else that sounds like them?

I guess I should add some clues, since I uploaded this clip. This song (the first two minutes of it)ended up at the end of an aircheck recorded in May 1985. It was never identified on the air. The song was probably released no earlier than 1982.
I always thought it sounded like the Human League, or OMD. But, I have never found any matching lyrics - anywhere. My theory is that it's some obscure band that only a few people would know about. But it never hurts to try.

Admin note: I'm tired of moderating the continuous spam being posted here. Deleting 10-20 offensive, pornographic or otherwise unrelated comments every day is not what I am here for.
