It came out in the late '80s or possibly 1990 or 91 (no later than 1991). It was a song that had the words "she blew me off" in it (meaning a guy who become interested in a girl but she shrugged him off). I don't think it was called "she blew me off" but I could be wrong. I don't remember the groups name either but it was one of those all-guy bands. It was a fast beat hard rock song.
