Song from the early 80's with rough male voice with an English accent singing something like "messages from outer space" and then "they made me do it". Does anybody know the song and artist?

Thomas Dolby's Hyperactive contains the line "messages from outer space"..... not sure about the "made me do it part though"
Admin note: I'm tired of moderating the continuous spam being posted here. Deleting 10-20 offensive, pornographic or otherwise unrelated comments every day is not what I am here for.
