I can't id the song but it is most definitely Kristen Hearsh singing and could be from her Throwing Muses days or prior but NOT after that when she was later with her half sister in a band whose name escapes me and later Kristen's band Belly. The singing style reminds me of what she did on a fave song of mine called Fish I heard on Lonely is an Eyesore
