hi, i'm looking for title and artist of a nice rock song, sounds a bit like Boomtown Rats or The Jam. refrain goes like this: "just another high school killing on a Saturday night, somebody got caught in someone's sight". the song contains a great guitar solo, too. it's from the 80s for sure. i recorded it on tape about 20 years ago. it's still a good song. who can help? thanks a lot.

That's "Just Another Saturday Night" by Alex Call. Don't know too much about this guy ... used to be in a band called Clover (which later included Huey Lewis), co-wrote Tommy Tutone's "867-5309/Jenny" and also worked with the likes of Elvis Costello and Greg Kihn. I have this song on a Arista promo comp from 1983.
