The song was in the early nineties. It was a woman singing "Hey baby yo baby. Hey baby yo baby. Yo yo yo baby. Yo yo yo baby."
It seems that she's being harassed by some cat-caller. She turns on him by offering to do some really weird gross-out stuff with him. He's grossed out and asks if she has a problem with men. She says no, only stupid ones.
There's a reference to non-dairy creamer.
