This is a song off of Nash the Slash's first album, which has been rereleased on Cut-Throat records. I wish I could remember the name, but the whole album is full of instrumentals that sound like that. It could be "The Thousand Year Picnic" or "Fever Dream"... Drat...

OK, just found the Nash the Slash album. The song is "Masquerade". The CD album is Blind Windows, but if you want to find it on vinyl, the album to look for is Bedside Companion.
