This is one of a bunch of songs i have on two tapes that also included things like 'Glowing in the Dark'/Experimental Products and razormaid mixes of Camouflage and Red Flag - it's instrumental and all synths, with a very hidden bit of talking done in a robotic voice, i can't make out what is being said at all, i included that section and a small bit of the instrumental bit in the clip here.

That's Koto's "Time". All his stuff is great Italo Disco and very simular to this. I think this one is a Mid 80s track and he is related to group Laserdance somehow, but I forgot the connection.
