It's a female lead singer and I believe the rest of the band members are all male. I believe the lead singer also had blond hair. I am presuming the song is Canadian (I live in Buffalo, NY) as I have only heard it on Canadian airwaves. It has an 80s New Wave vibe to it, but could be as recent as the early 90s. I had heard the song played on CFNY and occasionally on GiantFM as recent as 8-10 years ago. I would know the title of the song if I saw it but I haven't been able to locate a list of Canadian new wave songs with the title. The title itself doesn't seem like a sing-able phrase (I feel like it's a 2-word title and I feel like one of the words might be "operator" or similar complicated word to sing), but the lead singer is able to incorporate it into the song as she sings.
