Okay I am so sorry for being such a knob. First time and all submitting to such a cool site I got flustered. Right the group is Cabaret Voltaire, that much I am certain. The song from what I remember had in the lyrics New York New York. It wasn't a rip off from Sinatra either. I've been figuratively pulling my hair out for about a decade since I last heard the song,so if anyone knows what it is a million thanks doesn't begin to show my gratitude. Scott your probably right... Micro Chip League. However there is a small sample from Sinatra's "New York" at the very end. Ian, you can find that song on Hardest Hits Vol. 3.
