I had someone send me this MP3 to identify in July of 2001. I *know* that I've heard it many times, but never did figure it out. Anyone want to give it a try?

The song is called "Fly By Night" and it's by The Singing Fools. They were a band from Ottawa and released one album which this song come from and a 12" single. The album is very difficult to find. Good luck. Paul.
