A year or so--maybe a few years after Soft Cell had their success with that Supremes song, they had another which had the lyrics--if memory serves me:
"Oh God it's another disease and you just got over the last one...You're friend were beginning to speak to you, the ones you gave it too.
..,Deep Purple or rock Led Zepplin. Well even you hate those....,Well he can't hit you; you can hit him back..., pack my bags and go to America, 'cause they make more money there, and you can get away with murder."
ending with some skat singing.

Hey,
Great song, this is "It's a Mugs Game" by Soft Cell. Off the top of my head, I am not sure what album it came from (or if it was released on any albums). It does appear on the Soft Cell greatest hits package, which was released two years ago.
