I think it might have been I Hear Voices by Ghost of An American Airman. Never could find it on the internet though.

Oh, that's a shame. I thought it might have been that An American Airman group too, and was so convinced that I bought their LP from Gemm ...but I was wrong!! I was wondering about putting the song on the cfny page again, second time lucky? What do you think?

Ghost of An American Airman is not what he's talking about. I remember that song too, from the 80's. Always played on Q-107, "I hear voices, carry through the night" was the chorus as far as I remember.
