No,it is "Hey You" by The Start, from their (I think) only album, "The Start". I still have it on vinyl, and it used to be plyed on "The All-Night Show"

I'll see if I can get a few seconds from disc onto my PC. My tape deck overloads my PC Line-In, and distorts the audio. Any ideas? I thought I might put a equalizer in between, as an attenuator, but don't have one anymore ;-( I think they went out of fashion with mullets.
