sorry... the songs music was all delayed pulsing dance synths. the female vocalist dreamily spoke about " wwwiinter dreeeeams" and "bring me down down down." it was played several times late at night (shep?) after midnight. was a dance song but not like d mode or early 80's more of a 87 88 thing. Zahir Manik, a young dj protege of don berns from hamilton in the early nineties played the vinyl for me at a church rave in 92... help im desperate!
