I can't identify the remixer, but the background loop is very clear: The first track from the OST to "American Beauty" by Thomas Newman, the song's called "Dead Already".

Thanks. After some searching I found that this song is indeed a remix of the one you mention. The song sample that I posted is the Joey Negro Club Mix of "American Booty" by Jakatta. This song has many permutations. Another version is called "American Dream". Yet another is called "American Beauty".
