Sounds like a remixed version of the Three O'Clock's Love Explosion. A tune I did not know existed in remixed form. Now I have something to look for. I looked around and had found out that this song was first done by the Lighting Seeds. But I have not found more than 30 seconds of the LS edition to download, but it sounds a lot like what you had uploaded. ^^
