There is a song that I have heard throughout the years at a local alternative/goth club. It might be by Peter Murphy. All I know is that there is a line that goes, "in the deep of the ocean..." I thought it was Deep Ocean, Vast Sea but I've heard this song and it's definitely not it unless there is some crazy remix out there. It's very dreamy, with a slow dance beat. I know it's vague but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Could it be "Roll Call" from the "Deep" album? "Deep Ocean, Vast Sea" is the opening track from that disk and it's definitely not "dreamy with a slow dance beat".
