I have been looking for a song with similar description for a long time. It is instrument wit a little background vocals. I'm not sure if you've found it but it's definitely not by Darude or Desert Piper... I have bought both to check them. This song is part os an album and the time frame is the same and is very sensuous. Would appreciate any leads. Thanks!
