Okay the song is from the 80s, perhaps early 90s, but it is a woman and I don't even know if I'm getting the words right, but it goes something like "It's aaalllllwwwaaayyysss raining"... not sure if "raining" is the word she's saying. But all I know is she repeats that "it's allllwaaaayyysss" part a LOT in the song. Sorry that's not much to work with there, but hopefully this will ring a bell for somebody! thanks!
