There is a song from The Spoons called Red Light with those lyrics. It is on their Collectables greatest hits album.

Yikes!!spoke too soon..yes,found the album on Amazon.com and sure enough ~Red Light`is there..now to find out if its the tune I`m thinking about. Thanks Andrew. Will fill you in on the results.
