EBay vendor "recped" sells the occasional Government lp/single. I've seen the first 7" with Flat Tire & Zippers of Fire for sale a couple of times. I think the Drastic Measures stuff is available on CD, and should be an easy find, again on eBay.

There is a CD release titled "Revisited" that has many of their better known songs on it. If you look on eBay for the vendor "recped" you might be able to get a copy. They occasionally have one for sale.

Collector's item? I have 4 copies of this on vinyl (3 still sealed). They were in every dollar bin on Yonge St. from Dundas to Bloor. I bought them for friends not knowing they were also buying copies from the dollar bins, so they ended up collecting dust in the milk crates.
